Yikes. Set my clocks forward for daylight savings time, like you're supposed to, but I still managed to almost be late for class this morning. For some reason I was thinking I didn't have to be to class 'til 10am, when it was really 9am. So at 8:40am, 10 minutes after I usually leave my apartment for school, I get out of bed and realize that I'm so freakin' late.
I did make it to class on time, and was able to study a bit for the test right before the teacher got there. I think I did okay on the 2 essay questions, but the multiple guess questions were hard 'cause I missed a lot of classes this test period. Talked to Aaron about it...no more late nights on weeknights, we both agreed. Only a month left, then we don't have to worry about it.
Also, one of his friends from Minneapolis, where he used to go to school, is getting married in May after school gets out. Aaron says if we're still together then, he'd like me to come with him and meet his friends. I'd love to do that, but today, I realized that weekend is the same weekend that Jalan Crossland will be playing in Rapid City. Damnit!!! What do I do? I told BOTH parties I'd be there if I could get out of work. Cripes.
Today at work I got to blow up balloons with the helium tank. I've been deathly afraid of balloons since I was a child and one popped in my face when I was blowing it up, so all the balloons I inflated were substantially smaller than Zack and Sony's balloons. The best parts were not having to work up at my register, and tying balloons on the wrists of small children. So cute! One boy's parents were halfway across the front of the store when I put the balloon on his wrist, and he still said "Thank you"! He wasn't even 3 years old. I was truely amazed, and he and his mom came through my line later on, and I commented to her about that...I think she was quite pleased with her son at that point.
Then I wore a balloon on my wrist for the last hour of the night, too. Tee hee.

That's a nice little story of a fun little day. Thanks, seriously. I wish I had more days like that.
